Refund policy

At GG Threads, we are committed to delivering high-quality apparel and ensuring customer satisfaction. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions: if the product received is defective or if an incorrect design was sent. In such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We also offer exchanges in cases of wrong size received or if the selected size doesn't fit; however, refunds are not applicable for size-related concerns. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery and are allowed only once per order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchange Policy: We offer free size exchanges for first-time buyers. Since our T-shirts have an oversized fit, we strongly recommend reviewing the size guide or reaching out to us before ordering. Shipping charges for size exchanges may apply depending on your location.
